Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PeterSmart Link ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, members, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service.
Description of Service
PeterSmart Link is a local technology and finance hub for Mbirizi Town Council, Lwengo District, Uganda. The Service provides information about: (a) Flexible phone financing with installment payment plans; (b) Mobile money services as a licensed MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money agent; (c) Electronics retail including phones, accessories, and audio equipment; (d) Professional tech support services including repairs and setup. All services are conducted IN-PERSON at our physical shop location. This website is for information and communication purposes only.
Important Notice - In-Person Services Only
ALL financial services (phone financing), mobile money transactions (MTN MoMo & Airtel Money), product purchases, and tech support must be conducted AT OUR PHYSICAL SHOP in Mbirizi Town Council. We do NOT process financing, transactions, or sales through this website. This website provides information only. For actual services, you MUST visit us in person with valid identification.
Phone Financing - Important Information
Phone financing is offered in-store with flexible installment payment plans. ALL financing applications, approvals, and repayments are managed at our physical shop. Financing is available on 3, 6, or 12-month plans depending on the phone and eligibility. You must be 18+ with a valid national ID. We do not guarantee financing approval for all applicants. Terms and deposit requirements are communicated at the point of application.
MTN Mobile Money Services - Important Information
We are a licensed MTN Mobile Money agent operating at our physical shop only. MTN Mobile Money services include deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. All MTN Mobile Money transactions are subject to MTN's terms, conditions, and fee structures. For official MTN information, visit: www.mtn.co.ug (official MTN Uganda website). MTN may impose transaction limits, maintenance fees, or service changes. We are not responsible for MTN network outages, transaction delays, or service changes made by MTN.
Airtel Money Services - Important Information
We are a licensed Airtel Money agent at our physical shop. Airtel Money services include transfers, bill payments, and related transactions subject to Airtel Uganda's terms. For official Airtel information, visit: www.airtel.ug (official Airtel Uganda website). All Airtel Money transactions are governed by Airtel Uganda's terms and fee schedules. We are not liable for Airtel network issues, delays, or policy changes.
User Accounts & Access
When you create an account on this website, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities under your account. You agree not to share credentials with third parties. You must notify us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses from your failure to protect your account.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of PeterSmart Link. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt unauthorized access to any system; (c) transmit harmful code or viruses; (d) engage in fraudulent activities; (e) harass, threaten, or abuse other users; (f) impersonate other persons; (g) collect or track personal information without consent; (h) spam or send unsolicited communications.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeterSmart Link is NOT liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or use; (c) service interruptions or errors; (d) actions of third parties (MTN, Airtel, etc.); (e) network outages beyond our control. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We make no representations about accuracy, completeness, or reliability. Information about financing, mobile money, and products is for guidance only. We do NOT guarantee financing approvals, transaction success, or product availability. You rely on third-party services (MTN, Airtel) at your own risk. Always verify terms directly with the respective service provider.

Our website may link to external websites (MTN, Airtel, etc.). We do NOT endorse or control these sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by THEIR terms, not ours. We are not responsible for external site content, functionality, or practices. Always read the official terms from MTN and Airtel before using their services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use indicates acceptance of changes. We will notify registered members of significant changes via email. Please check this page regularly for updates.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Uganda. If a provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
